OsteoLiteTM 680 is a bone tissue targeting agent that can be used for in-vivo imaging. OsteoLite 680 is a water soluble, near IR fluorophores with excitation/emission wavelength at 680/700 nm. This agent has a biphosphate ligand that has high binding affinity to hyroxyapatite, a main component of bone tissues.
