Sun Fluor^TM 488 Biotin (SF488-Biotin) is one of SLT's functional Sun Fluor^TM dyes with high fluorescent brightness and excellent photostability. SF488 biotin is a water soluble, green fluorescent dye with excitation/emission wavelength at 495 nm/515 nm. SF488 biotin can bind to avidin, streptavidin or neutravidin with high affinity. Interaction between SF488 biotin and avidin/streptavidin allows quick and sensitive detection avidin conjugated substrates.
