Sun FluorTM 488 DBCO (SF488-DBCO) is one of SLT's reactive Sun FluorTM dyes with high fluorescent brightness and excellent photostability. SF488-DBCO is a water soluble, fluorescent dye with excitation/emission wavelength at 494 nm/515 nm. DBCO (dibenzylcyclooctyne) is a commonly used Click Chemistry reacting moiety that can react with azide group spontaneously without need any catalyst. Reaction between DBCO and azide allows quick and efficient labeling of proteins, antibodies and other biomolecules.
