Product Description:

DBCO-PEG4-NHS is one of SLT's alkyne-azide click chemistry reaction reagents that can be used to conjugate to proteins, peptides and other material surfaces bearing primary amine groups. Reaction between NHS and amine group results a stable amide bond. Meanwhile, DBCO can react with azide group easily without need any copper catalyst. PEG linker between DBCO and NHS group provides better water solubility and enhanced stability.
