DSPE-FITC is one of SLT's green fluorescent phospholipid (PE) conjugates that was labeled by fluorescein. DSPE (1,2-Distearoyl-s,n-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine) is a C18 saturated phospholipid. Fluorescein was labeled on its amine group covalently. DSPE-FITC has an excitation wavelength at 495 nm with emission at 515 nm.
