Product Description:

Fluorescein TFP (FL-TFP) is one of SLT's reactive green fluorescent dyes that has an amine reactive TFP functional group.  Fluorescein-TFP can react with primary amine groups under alkaline conditions (pH 8-10) quickly to form a stable amide bond. Thus FL-TFP can be used to label proteins, antibodies, nuclear acids and many other substrate. FL-TFP emits strong fluorescence light around 515 nm upon excited at 495 nm.
