Product Description:

SF488-NHS is a SLT's green fluorescent dye that emits strong fluorescence light around 515 nm upon excited at 488 nm. SF488-NHS has a reactive NHS ester group that can react with primary amine groups under alkaline conditions (pH 8-10) quickly to form a stable amide bond. Thus SF488-NHS is a widely used reactive dye that can label proteins, antibodies, nuclear acids and many other molecues.
