Product Description:

Rhodamine-NHS is one of SLT's red fluorescent dyes that have a highly reactive succinimidyl ester (NHS) group. NHS group can react with  primary amine groups quickly under alkaline pH (pH8-10). Reaction between NHS and amine forms a stable amide bond. SLT's Rhodamine dyes emit strong red fluorescent light around 575 nm upon excited at 545 nm. Rhodamine dyes have high quantum yield, excellent reactivity and easy to use.
