Product Description:

SF546-NHS is one of SLT's red fluorescent dyes that have a highly reactive succinimidyl ester (NHS) group. NHS group can react with  primary amine groups quickly under alkaline pH (pH8-10). Reaction between NHS and amine forms a stable amide bond. SLT's SF546 dyes emit strong red fluorescent light around 576 nm upon excited at 546 nm. SF dyes have high quantum yield, excellent photostability and easy to use for various biomolecule labeling and conjugation.
