Product Description:

Thiol-NHS is one of SLT's amine reactive thiolation reagents that can derive a free sulfhydryl (thiol, -SH). NHS (Succinimidyl ester) reacts with primary amine group under alkaline pH (8-10) rapidly to form a stable amide bond. Reaction between Thiol-NHS and amine group can easily generate a sulfhydryl group for many applications.
