Tyramide FITC (FITC labeled tyramide) is one of SLT's green fluorescent tyramide conjugates that emits strong fluorescence light around 515 nm upon excited around 495 nm. Tyramide FITC is a commonly used fluorescent conjugate that has been used to achieve high-resolution signal amplification in cellular and tissue detection. Tyramide mediated signal amplification (TSA) is an enzyme catalyzed detection technology that utilizes the catalytic activity of peroxidase to generate high-density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid sequence.
