Rhodamine labeled Pullulan (Pullulan-RB) is one of SLT's fluorescent polysaccharide conjugates that were labeled with red fluorescent dyes. Pullulan is a naturally derived, water soluble polysaccharide that has been used for tissue engineering and many other biomedical applications. 

Rhodamine labeled Pullulan from SLT is a red fluorescent polysaccharide conjugate that has a excitation/emission wavelength at 547/570 nm. SLT's Pullulan-Rhodamine conjugate is prepared by covalent conjugation of Rhodamine fluorescent dye to pullulan sugar moiety. Extensive purification process has been applied to remove any non-conjugated free dyes. These fluorescently labeled pullulan conjugates can be easily detected by common fluorescent instruments such as fluorometer, fluorescent plate reader, fluorescent microscope or flow cytometer.  Rhodamine pullulam conjugate is suitable for both in-vitro and in-vivo imaging applications.
