Alexa Fluor™ 680 labeled dextran are one of SLT's fluorescent polysaccharide conjugates that were labeled with near infrared fluorescent dyes. Dextrans are naturally derived polyglucose carbohydrates that have good water solubility, low toxicity and various molecular weight. Alexa Fluor™ dyes from Nanocs have high brightness, good water solubility and strong photo-stability. Alexa Fluor 680 labeled dextrans from SLT have bright fluorescent signal, excellent photo-stability and minimal toxicity, and suitable for both in-vitro and in-vivo imaging applications.
