DBCO-TFP is one of SLT's alkyne-azide click chemistry reaction reagents that can be used to conjugate to proteins, peptides and other material surfaces bearing primary amine groups. Reaction between TFP and amino group results a stable amide bond. DBCO can react with azide group easily without need any copper catalyst.
