DBCO-COOH is one of SLT's alkyne-azide click chemistry reaction reagents that can be used to conjugate to proteins, peptides and other material surfaces bearing amine or hydroxyl groups. Carboxylic group can be easily activated by EDC, DCC or HBTU coupling reagents. DBCO can react with azide group easily without need any copper catalyst.
